ALIEN INVASION

Storyline

   April 9, 2010

S.E.T.I. (search for extra terrestrial intelligence), stumbled upon a group of signals that originated out past the moon. As they monitored, the signals seemed to gain in strength indicating whatever it is, was getting closer to Earth. As the signals reached their climax, a blip appeared on the defensive radar grid of the United States missile defense system. At that moment, jet interceptors scrambled and the military went on high alert. But before the jets could find the craft, it just disappeared from radar and the signals ended. Using the last heading of the object, military officials launched a search for anything out of the ordinary in the area of Southeastern New Mexico.

Meanwhile, in Roswell, New Mexico, the local sheriff’s department was inundated with calls from concerned citizens about a loud sonic boom and explosion, possibly a plane crash, on the outskirts of town. Fearing the worst, the sheriff reluctantly drove out to a ranch on the west side of town to investigate. As he approached the area, he noticed an orange glow coming from a ravine in the distance. He met the owner of the ranch at a gate just off the highway. The rancher told the sheriff of the weird noise, then the following explosion. As the two proceeded to the area where the glow was coming from, they could hear a weird humming noise, getting louder as they got closer. When they reached the area, the glow was caused from a small brush fire that they quickly extinguished. As they looked around, they couldn’t believe they’re eyes. The sheriff, using his radio, called back to his office and told the deputy in charge to,” Get the federal guys and Air Force out here, we got ourselves an official UFO!”

The humming noise, coming from a glowing box shaped piece of wreckage, became annoying. Fearing another explosion, the Sheriff and rancher evacuated the area and waited for the feds to arrive.
